At Paritosh Pathak, we are committed to delivering high-value training, workshops, and coaching experiences. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and commitment from all participants.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on this website, including:

  • Workshops

  • Coaching programs (including NRPN, MNP, etc.)

  • Webinars and digital sessions

  • Digital products and resources

…are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific offer.

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment:
    If you are charged more than once for the same product/service, the excess amount will be refunded.

  • Event Cancellation by Us:
    If a program or workshop is canceled by us, you will be offered:

    • A full refund, OR

    • An option to transfer your registration to a future session

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • If you are unable to attend a live workshop or session, you may request to transfer your seat to a future batch, subject to approval.

  • Such requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event.

  • Rescheduling is allowed only once per registration.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled session or workshop without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show.

  • No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.

6. Digital Products & Recordings

  • All digital products, recordings, and downloadable materials are non-refundable under any circumstances once access is granted.

7. Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

    • Permanent suspension from all current and future programs

    • Legal action where applicable

We strongly encourage you to contact us for resolution before raising disputes.

8. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results from any of our programs.
Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Lack of results

  • Change of mind

  • Personal circumstances
